Pets & Lawn Fertilizer

People use fertilizer to make their lawns and gardens grow healthy and green. We would like to remind you to keep your pet off of the lawn for at least three days, or thoroughly water the lawn and let it dry before letting your pet out. Dogs and cats will eat grass sometimes, and if they eat fertilizer, it could have deadly results. Signs of fertilizer poisoning are vomiting and lethargy.

  1. no don't wash the lawn with water.Irrigation is not the best solution, since it wash away the nutrients the grass needs.Just let it dry for a couple of days.Don't use liquid ,or inorganic fertilizer, since they deliver the nutrients rapidly. This forces you to reapply frequently(very costly).Use dry fertilizers and organic fertilizers for slower absorption, but longer application period.Use the one that benefits you.Visit my profile to view what i ave to say about lawn fertilizer. You can comment,or if you don't want to,you can rate if the post was interesting or not.
